What is Twin Affiliates?

Twin Affiliates is a platform that we provide to all our casino affiliates and partners. You can use this tool to manage, track, and optimize your marketing strategy and resources all in one place. The affiliate program runs on a basic structure, by promoting our brand and products the affiliate will earn a commission on any sales and it turn earn a profit from that activity.


How do I join?

 To sign up to our program simply click on ‘Register’ and follow the instructions. After you have filled in all of your details and information, there will be a brief approval process while an affiliate manager checks out the best fit for your marketing opportunities. Once you have signed up you will receive all of the necessary information in an email.


What payment methods are available to receive my earnings?

You can receive your earnings by Bank Wire Transfer, Invoice, Neteller or Skrill


How can I track my earnings?

Inside Twin Affiliates you can find tools to help you track all parts of your marketing strategy. You can check out earning reports daily or monthly, as well as traffic statistics for each region and your campaign as a whole. Whatever you need to track we have a tool right here.


What’s the minimum amount to receive my earnings?

The minimumamount for E-wallets (Neteller and Skrill) is €100.

The minimum amount for Bank Wire Transfer and Invoice is €500.


Can I lose anything?

At Twin Affiliates we do not enforce Negative Carry Over, so any big wins from players you send to us will not be fatal to you or your business.


When will I receive my earnings?

Once you have over the minimum amount required to receive a payment (€100 for Neteller & Skrill, €500 for Bank Wire Transfer & Invoice*) your payment will be processed automatically on the last day of the following month.

*NOTE: If you select ‘Invoice’ as a payment method, you will need to generate and send us the invoice for your payment to be processed. Please ask your Affiliate Manager where you should send your invoices.


Is there a limit on Affiliate payments?

At Twin we don’t apply any maximum limits on Affiliate payments.


What do I need for receiving my earnings?

In your affiliate account you need to have an amount higher than the minimum required for a payment (€100 for Neteller & Skrill, €500 for Bank Wire Transfer & Invoice*) and to have filled-in your payment information. Keep in mind that if your payment information is missing, we won’t be able to process your payment.

*NOTE: If you select ‘Invoice’ as a payment method, you will need to generate and send us the invoice for your payment to be processed. Please ask your Affiliate Manager where you should send your invoices.


Who will be my point of contact?

We will assign you an affiliate manager when you sign up, this person will be your main point of contact for everything related to Twin Affiliates. You can ask your Affiliate Manager any question that you may have and discuss your strategy to improve your chances of converting.


I signed up but I can’t access my account yet.

Once you have signed up, we will need to review your information and approve your position with us. If everything is in order, then this should take no more than 48 hours to complete.


What is the reward structure for a partner of Twin Affiliates?

Here at Twin we have a standard commission structure in place that changes over time as you bring more and more customers to the table. Starting off at 25% rev share and growing to as high as 50% + bonuses this is how the model works:

  • 0-5 NDC’s = 25%
  • 6-10 NDC’s = 30%
  • 11-20 NDC’s = 35%
  • 21-30 NDC’s = 40%
  • 31+ NDC’s = 45%

If you can provide at least 8 NDC’s for 3 consecutive months you will have an additional 5% bonus added to your rev share commission, making a total of 50% rev share possible.


What happens if one month I don’t get the minimum amount for payment?

If you don’t generate enough commissions to receive your payment one month, the total amount will roll over to the next month – and once you achieve the required minimum, your payment will be processed according to the corresponding date.


How long do cookies from tracking links last?

The Cookie duration is 30 days, which means that a customer who uses your tracking link will be tracked during 30 days after that moment – and if he registers at Twin, then you will get your earnings from it.


How can I get marketing materials to promote Twin? (banners, tracking links…)

We have media sections in our platform where you will be able to find all marketing materials in all the available languages and currencies. Your Affiliate Manager will be available to help you with any doubts that you may have regarding the marketing materials.


What regions do you support?

We accept affiliates from all countries, but regarding players, we have some limitations and restricted countries where we don’t accept customers. You can check in our Terms of use for the Excluded Territories (Section 2.9). If the customer’s country is listed there, unfortunately he won’t be able to play at Twin.


What payment methods can players choose from?

We have a wide selection of payment options available to our players: Visa / MasterCard, Neteller, Paysafecard, Skrill, Trustly, Zimpler, ecoPayz, Siru, Sofort, Euteller, Bank Transfer, Rapidtransfer, Giropay, Onlineuberweisen, Interac, eVoucher VISA, Siirto, MuchoBetter and Astropay.

Customers are not appearing / being tracked correctly

Please allow 24 hours for the system to update all the information regarding your players. If, after that time, you think that there might be some missing information or discrepancies, please contact your Affiliate Manager to assist with it.


Can you set up Server to Server Postback (S2S) tracking?

Yes. S2S tracking allows you to get real time updates about new registrations and FTDs. If you want to set up S2S tracking, please contact your Affiliate Manager.


I haven’t received my earnings, is there any problem?

If you have generated enough commission to trigger a withdrawal (€100 for Neteller & Skrill, €500 for Bank Wire Transfer & Invoice*) your revenue will be paid automatically before the end of the following month. If by the end of the consecutive month you haven’t received your payment, please contact your Affiliate Manager to check the status.
